We offer Private Personal Training, Group Training and Corporate Wellness. IHFT has an amazing team of certified Personal Trainers that will meet each client at their home, office, Local Park, or environment of their choice to maximize our customers’ convenience. Our Personal Trainers bring with them fitness experience, knowledge, motivation, positive energy, a passion for fitness and the latest exercise equipment.

Meet Yolanda Corona

I am a weight lost specialist, strength coach and Hitt trainer.

I love , working more than one muscle at a time. I like to focus on functional movements along with body weight. Building up cardiovascular endurance is a big thing with me. I've worked with a variety of age groups in the pass, from 16-70.

I am a boxing coach, I have always been involved with sports. There was something about boxing because it's not necessarily a team sport but you still have a team around you in the gym.
