"Crunch Time" by Paul Cano

Looking at your stomach after a Thanksgiving style dinner should make you want to do a couple of crunches.

Tips for the perfect crunch:

  1. Keep feet flat on floor.

  2. Hands behind ears, NOT behind the head.

  3. Chin points forward towards the ceiling, do not tuck chin.

  4. Contract abs on your way up, relax on way down.
