We all want to be #stronger, feel better and be in great shape. Nowadays with fad diets, gimmicky workout #trends and #health ideas that seem to contradict themselves on a weekly basis. What is really going to get you closer to your #goal? While the short answer would be to exercise and eat right what does that really intel? I will break the broad #spectrum of fitness and nutrition into 3 different individual concert categories that are universally accepted, and #scientifically backed.

Let’s start with the realm of fitness. Every activity mentioned will #maximize the benefits of the other and have a synergistic effect on your body’s #performance and #recovery.


• Strength Training

• Stretching/Yoga

• Cardio


As for #nutrition this area can be more complex and have much more extremist approaches in our modern times. Some may be fact based or ideological. That being said we will talk about what mainstream #science typically recommends for a person looking to improve their #quality of nutrition.



  • A diet high in #vegetables (dark leafy greens especially)

  • High lean #protein intake (fish, poultry and lean cuts of meat)

  • Quality #fats (emphasis on omega 3’s)


Without going into great lengths if you focus your intention in #improving these areas of your fitness #journey you will see great #improvement of your quality of life and overall #wellness. Remember, almost all great fitness programs revolve around these #foundations. Good luck and stay #motivated!
